At Lustraward, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Customized or special-order products (if applicable)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
